VERTICAL BALANCING MACHINES

All KV series machines are available in a wide range of versions, equipped with various imbalance compensation units and various degrees of automation, until you reach the machine that does not require an operator, integrated into an automatic production line.

Vertical balancing machines are imposed on the balancing of rotors whose diameter is greater than their axial length or for rotors that do not have their own axle (for example pulleys, brake discs, steering wheels, pump impeller, etc.), where the ease of work on vertical axis and ease of coupling allow high productivity.

It is very important in this type of machines the type of mooring of the piece, which should be practical, fast and especially precise an accurate in the centering.

All our measuring instruments have electronic correction of the eccentricity as standard.

The choice of the type of balancing to be performed either in one plane or in two planes, depends on the speed of rotation of the rotor and its axial length with respect to its diameter.
